Please call us on 07 3829 2299 Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 7:30 pm and Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to ask any question you may have and speak to Jenna, Anita, or Steph. They are trained to assist patients with all queries relating to dental care and especially if you have dental anxiety, fear or phobia.

Ask us about costsAs a new patient we understand you may need to have a rough idea of costs before committing to your new dentist or new treatment. Please talk to our friendly receptionists and ask them for a rough estimate on the range of costs as we often can't give a definitive quote or estimate until we see you for the reasons discussed on our FAQs page click here.

If you are a new patient or an existing patient with an issue you want to discuss in person, please make an appointment to see Jenna Gibson our Patient Manager on 3829 2299 or email her on reception@toothwise.com.au. Jenna has been with us since 2006 and is a highly trained dental assistant but also has a genuinely caring nature and we are sure you will feel comfortable discussing your concern or question with her.

It has been estimated that only 4% of dissatisfied customers will let a business know if they didn't get it right or even worse made a total muddle of things. We really want you to tell us if we didn't get it right because:

a) we truly want to improve and be the very best dental practice in the Redlands

b) we want to be given the opportunity to say sorry and fix what we did wrong.
