Who we reach
Our readers are Australians working out what braces, Invisalign, implants, veneers, wisdom teeth removal and everyday dental care will cost, what their extras cover will contribute and how they will pay. They arrive from search with a decision in front of them.
The site reaches [MONTHLY READERS] readers a month across [NUMBER] guides, city shortlists for every capital and major regional centre, a braces cost calculator, an extras-cover comparison and a newsletter of [SUBSCRIBERS] subscribers. A full audience profile is in our media kit.
We work with health funds and comparison services, lenders and payment-plan providers, oral-care and whitening brands, aligner companies, retailers and dental-travel operators.
Prices are in Australian dollars, exclude GST and depend on term, placement and exclusivity. Every format is labelled “Sponsored”, “Presented by” or “Partner” on the page.
Branding, a logo and a call to action on our extras cover comparison. Your products are compared on exactly the same terms as every other fund, and sponsorship does not change where they appear. One sponsor per quarter. From [PRICE] per quarter.
A “Presented by” panel on our braces cost calculator, with your logo, a short message and a link. Exclusive. From [PRICE] per quarter.
Hub partner
A labelled partner panel across a whole treatment hub and its supporting pages, such as Invisalign, teeth whitening or wisdom teeth. One partner per hub. From [PRICE] per month.
Presented-by guide
Sponsorship of a single guide or how-to, such as dental payment plans. Your brand presents the page; we write it. From [PRICE] per month, minimum three months.
Title sponsorship of the annual Australian Dental Cost Index, our report on indicative treatment costs by city. Includes a sponsor credit on the report page, the downloadable data and the media release. The sponsor has no input into methodology, figures or findings. From [PRICE] per edition.
Partner slot
A single labelled partner box on relevant cost or city pages, placed outside and clearly separate from any practice shortlist. From [PRICE] per month per cluster.
Newsletter
A sponsored section in our reader newsletter, marked as sponsored. Solus sends available. From [PRICE] per send.
Competition
A reader giveaway, such as an electric toothbrush, whitening kit or treatment voucher. You supply the prize; we run the promotion, labelled as a partner competition, and sort out any state trade-promotion permits with you before launch. From [PRICE] plus prize.
Video and events
Sponsorship of short explainer videos on treatment costs and cover, or a live online Q&A with an AHPRA-registered practitioner. From [PRICE] per video or event.
- A place on, or a higher position in, any city shortlist. Shortlists follow our published criteria.
- A change to any price, range or comparison figure, or to the order of a comparison table.
- Approval of editorial copy before publication, or a say in which products, funds or practices we cover.
- A favourable product review, or removal of “who this does not suit” information on aligner, whitening or finance pages.
- Reader data. We only pass details to a partner when a reader submits a form that names that partner.
Compliance requirements
We follow Australian consumer, health and credit advertising rules and we need partners to do the same. Before a campaign goes live we will ask for the following.
- Therapeutic goods and the ARTG. Products that are therapeutic goods, including whitening products making therapeutic claims and some oral-care devices, must be listed or registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods where required. Provide your ARTG number and keep claims within the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code.
- Whitening strength. Whitening products sold to consumers are limited to 6% hydrogen peroxide (or 18% carbamide peroxide). We will not promote higher-strength products to consumers, and our whitening copy always says who the product does not suit.
- Credit licence. Lenders and payment-plan providers must hold an Australian Credit Licence or be an authorised representative of one. Provide your licence number, and ensure rate claims meet National Credit Code requirements.
- Health funds and aligners. Fund comparisons use published policy information and we never state what a fund will pay. At-home aligner campaigns run alongside our note on who they do not suit, consistent with the Australian Dental Association and Australian Society of Orthodontists positions.
- Practices. Practice content must comply with AHPRA advertising guidelines: no testimonials, no misleading claims and no use of “specialist” without specialist registration.
Every placement is labelled, and we may decline or pause a campaign that does not meet these requirements.
Enquire
Tell us who you are and what you offer, and we will send the media kit and current availability. Email [email] or use our contact form and choose “Partnerships”. We reply within two business days.
Common questions
Can a dental practice pay to be listed in a city shortlist?
No. Shortlists are built only from the criteria on our how-we-choose page, and listing is free for practices that meet them. Practices can buy a labelled partner slot that sits outside the shortlist, but that slot never affects whether a practice appears in the list or where it sits.
Do sponsors see or approve content before it is published?
No. Sponsors supply their own creative for the labelled placement and can check how their logo and message appear. They do not see editorial copy before publication, do not choose which products or funds we cover and cannot ask for a figure, comparison or recommendation to be changed.
What do you need from a health fund or lender before a campaign starts?
A fund needs to confirm the policy information we compare is current and published. A lender or payment-plan provider must give us its Australian Credit Licence number or confirm it is an authorised representative, and any rate claims must meet National Credit Code rules. We will also check your creative against our labelling requirements.
Can whitening or oral-care brands advertise?
Yes, provided products sold to consumers contain no more than 6% hydrogen peroxide or 18% carbamide peroxide, any therapeutic claims are supported by an ARTG listing or registration, and claims stay within the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code. Our whitening content always says who a product does not suit, and sponsorship does not remove that.
