Invisalign in Perth typically costs $4,100–$9,200 for both arches in 2026, or from $2,750 for a single-arch Express case at Bayview Dental in Claremont. Stirling Street Dental in the CBD publishes fixed prices of $5,500 for Lite and $7,500 for Full, retainers and whitening included. Perth is one of the few cities where single-arch prices are published.
Perth practices publish Invisalign prices in a way other cities rarely do: as fixed package prices, and in at least one case split by single and double arch. That gives Perth patients a clearer starting point than most, even though the number of practices publishing is small.
The headline: general-dentist Invisalign in Perth runs from about $4,100 for a double-arch Express case to $9,200 for Comprehensive treatment, with mid-range Lite cases clustering at $5,000–$7,000. For a national comparison see our Invisalign cost guide.
The table draws on four Perth practice price pages, a patient-reported price tracker and an independent aggregator, checked in November 2026. The Dental Quarters packages date from 2020 and are included for context only; expect current prices to be higher.

Bayview Dental in Claremont publishes the most complete list, with indicative from-prices for every package and both arch options: Express from $2,750 single or $4,100 double, Lite $4,000 or $6,100, Moderate $5,000 or $7,200, and Comprehensive $7,200–$9,200 for both arches. It also lists a hybrid braces-plus-Invisalign option at $9,500.
Stirling Street Dental in the CBD takes the fixed-price route: $5,500 for a Lite Smile Makeover (6–12 months) and $7,500 for a Full Smile Makeover (12–24 months), each including the examination, a retainer at the end and a take-home whitening kit. West Perth Dental Centre’s 2023 guide gives ranges of $2,600–$5,100 for Express, $5,000–$7,000 for Lite and $6,000–$9,000 for Full, plus Invisalign First for children at $4,500–$5,500.
CostDoc’s Perth tracker, based on seven patient reports, shows a median of $5,900 against a national median of $6,275, suggesting Perth sits slightly below the national average for the cases people report. WhatsTheDamage’s broader range for clinic-supervised aligners in Perth is $4,600–$9,700, with consultations at $0–$460 and retainers at $200–$820.
Perth is unusual in publishing single-arch prices, and the difference is large: Bayview’s Express is $2,750 for one arch against $4,100 for both, and Comprehensive $5,000 against $7,200–$9,200. Single-arch treatment suits a specific problem on one jaw, such as crowded lower front teeth, where the other arch and the bite are already fine.
Be cautious before asking for single-arch to save money. Moving one arch without the other can change how your teeth meet. A registered dentist or orthodontist will tell you whether your bite allows it; if they say both arches are needed, the saving is not worth a worse bite.
A patient with crowded lower incisors and a sound bite might be offered single-arch Lite at Bayview from $4,000, against $6,100 for both arches. If the upper arch is already straight and the bite is stable, that is a legitimate $2,100 saving. If the dentist wants to adjust the upper arch to make room or improve the bite, the double-arch price is the honest one. Stirling Street’s fixed $5,500 Lite, with retainer and whitening included, sits between the two.
Perth practices tend to bundle generously. Bayview says its fee covers the initial scan, ClinCheck simulation, all aligners, SmartForce attachments, in-clinic appointments, refinements as needed and aftercare, with no hidden mid-treatment fees. Stirling Street includes a retainer and whitening. Dental Quarters’ older packages added cleans, an electric toothbrush and whitening.
That bundling matters when comparing with a bare quote. A $5,500 Lite price with a retainer included is better value than a $5,000 quote that adds $300–$800 for retainers and $300–$800 for a refinement later. Ask every Perth practice for a written list of inclusions, the number of refinement rounds, the charge for a lost aligner and whether both arches are covered.
Western Australians are more likely than other Australians to hold extras cover with HBF, but the rules are the same across funds: Invisalign is claimed under orthodontics, usually after a 12-month waiting period, with an annual or lifetime limit. Finder estimates a mid-range to comprehensive extras policy returns about $600–$800 a year. DentistryNearMe’s Perth guide suggests funds contribute $1,500–$2,800 over a course depending on cover. Neither figure is a promise; check your policy’s orthodontic limit before you sign.
Bayview offers Afterpay, humm and in-house instalments from a $1,000 deposit over up to 15 months. Most Perth practices have similar arrangements. Spread over 15 months, a $6,100 Lite case is roughly $340 a month after the deposit. Read the terms before committing, and see our dental payment plans guide.

Published Perth prices in 2026 run from $2,750 for a single-arch Express case at Bayview Dental to $9,200 for Comprehensive treatment of both arches. Stirling Street Dental lists fixed prices of $5,500 for Lite and $7,500 for Full. CostDoc's patient-reported Perth median is $5,900, slightly under the national $6,275. All figures are indicative until you have a scan and quote.
It can be if one jaw has a contained problem and your bite is otherwise sound. Bayview Dental's single-arch prices are roughly $1,350–$2,200 less than double-arch for the same package. But moving one arch alone can alter how your teeth meet, so only choose it when a registered dentist or orthodontist confirms it suits your bite.
HBF and other funds claim Invisalign under orthodontics on extras cover, generally after a 12-month waiting period and subject to annual or lifetime limits. Finder estimates mid to comprehensive policies return about $600–$800 a year, and DentistryNearMe suggests $1,500–$2,800 over a course depending on cover. Rebates are a contribution, not full cover; check your specific policy.
More than in many cities. Bayview Dental includes the scan, ClinCheck plan, all aligners, attachments, appointments, refinements and aftercare. Stirling Street Dental includes a retainer and a whitening kit in its $5,500 and $7,500 prices. Always confirm in writing the number of refinements, whether retainers are included and what a lost aligner costs before comparing quotes.
For mild to moderate alignment, an experienced general dentist is appropriate and usually cheaper. For overbites, crossbites, extractions or long treatment, see an AHPRA-registered specialist orthodontist. Some Perth general practices say they refer complex cases to a specialist, which is a good sign. Check the AHPRA register to confirm who holds specialist registration.
